We started Mirador because we wanted a place to gather around good food, good people, and experience the beauty and cultural vibrance of Andalucía, and, more broadly, Spain. Mirador’s Colmado Club is for the regulars — the ones who keep showing up, the big time fans who want to bring a little bit of Spain and Mirador home each month. A Colmado in Spain is essentially a grocer, where one can order tinned fish, olive oils, charcuterie and take it away…or even eat it at the Colmado if so desired.
Like a sherry solera system, a group of barrels where sherry is aged and blended, we’re know that we’re stronger with your support, and not alone. We are the sum of all the parts!
